Backing out of tight spaces and avoiding mishaps is much easier with the available backup camera [1]. Integrated into the available voice-activated DVD Navigation System [2], this system uses a tiny camera located above the rear license plate to capture a view of what's behind the vehicle. When the RX is placed in reverse, the camera’s view is displayed in full color on the seven-inch LCD screen.

[1]The backup camera does not provide a comprehensive view of the rear area of the vehicle. You should also look around outside your vehicle and use your mirrors to confirm rearward clearance. Cold weather will limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy.
