Six-Speed Sequential-Shift Automatic

With an additional sixth gear and an Electronically Controlled Transmission with intelligence (ECT-i), the GS has greater acceleration, fuel efficiency and virtually seamless shifting. The ECT-i transmission learns your acceleration habits and adjusts the shifting timing accordingly. And with the sequential-shifting feature, you can enhance performance by simply nudging the gearshift forward or backward.
